We build and market a cloud Information System to unlock the use of wearables and cameras in hospitals and rehabilitation centers, to support data-driven diagnostics, and enable personalized treatment and rehab for the millions of people who need it. We are looking for:
A highly motivated individual to join our team in the Netherlands. You should be eager to become an expert on Moveshelf’s features, supporting our team and our customers and become the go-to person for product-related knowledge. In this position, you will play a vital internal and external role, and drive the success of the product and business by:
- directly supporting customers, providing technical support, and communicating product values and its functionalities 💻 📈.
- collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide support on (1) designing and testing new functionalities, ensuring the quality and reliability of our product, (2) compiling clear materials that can be used to communicate the product’s features and how they help our customers.
Our requirements:
- BSc and/or MSc in Human Movement Science or a related field.
- 0 to 3 years of experience working with high tech biomedical and/or software products (this can be your first job, as long as you have demonstrated experience on similar projects during your studies).
- Your work or other life experience demonstrates that you would enjoy working in a customer-facing role.
It would be a plus if:
- You are willing to occasionally take meetings in the evening to work with our US customers.
- You’ve demonstrated an interest in UX/UI design.
